Darlington Borough Council and its market traders welcome you to Darlington Market.

We are proud of our reputation for offering good value for money and a first class service to our customers - We endeavour to put you and your needs first and provide you with a high quality service.

Our range of markets are designed to complement each other and add to the liveliness and diversity of the town centre.  You’ll discover good old fashioned service and advice, a wide range of goods, excellent value for money backed up by our markets “Customer Charter”.

The markets we operate are :

• Covered Victorian Market  (Monday – Saturday, 8am to 5pm)
• General Open Market  (Monday, Thursday and Saturday, 9am – 5pm)
• Farmers Market  (Third Friday of every month, 9am – 5pm)
• Craft Fair  (Second Friday of every month, 9am – 5pm)
• Christingle Market  (Annually, 1pm - 8pm)
• French and Continental Markets  (Twice a year)
